We have had exciting end of this week. On Wednesday we picked up Sinni to our home to prepare her dates with Huti. Huti is already almost 10 years old kelpie male and in excellent condition. Nowadays is rare treat to be able to use this old males into the breeding. Unfortunate there are this trend that people want to castrate their males at early age. That is so pity since old healthy males are great resource to our breed.

On Friday the time was right! Mating was natural and easy. It was quite bewitching since it was full moon and stars and little frost. They repeated mating also on Saturday. Now all we can do is to wait nine weeks to see the result. Thank you Marjo and Liis about excellent co-operation. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
